All estimates provided by Wildomar Fence & Deck, whether verbal, written, or submitted through this Site, are non-binding until both parties execute a written contract. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if site conditions, material costs, or project scope differ from the initial evaluation.
Final pricing is set forth in the written contract. Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is executed will be documented as a written change order, signed by both parties, before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are estimated at the time of contract execution and may be adjusted based on permit timelines, material availability, weather, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes to you promptly.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposits that are non-refundable, will be specified in your written contract. Deposits used to purchase materials or secure subcontractors may not be refundable once those commitments have been made.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each project. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon substantial completion of the project. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
Accounts that are past due may be subject to a late fee as specified in the contract. Wildomar Fence & Deck reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment is not current.
Wildomar Fence & Deck will obtain required building permits for projects where a permit is legally required under applicable California and local regulations. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate and will be specified in the written contract. The customer is responsible for disclosing any known HOA restrictions, easements, or other property covenants that may affect the project prior to contract execution.
Wildomar Fence & Deck warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable building codes. Specific warranty terms, including duration and scope, are set forth in your written contract.
Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Wildomar Fence & Deck does not extend any warranty beyond what is stated in the written contract. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Wildomar Fence & Deck.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wildomar Fence & Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceeding. Mediation shall take place in Riverside County, California.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Riverside County,California.
